From our childhood we are taught to plan everything and go for a target. In our education systems we are trained to study hard without having enough sleep and our aim is to pass the examination ultimately.<br /><br />In our work places, we are given various targets. We have to work hard to achieve those targets. We have to work long hours. We have no time with the family and children. Children are deprived of the love of a father or mother. We are driven to go for a goal in order to get a salary increment, bonus or a promotion.<br /><br />Our lives are filled with frustration. Due to over work and long hours of work we are stressed. We do not love our work. When we achieve our target after a hard work of so much what we gain ? Is it worth the effort? We have to think of these things.<br /><br />Keep you ultimate goal or target as peace and bliss. You will realize you do not have to do anything to achieve this. You have nowhere to go. You have to heal others to achieve this target.<br />When you heal others you are also healed.
